Several energy experts, including me, explained to Senator Thom Tillis [in a secret meeting] Why Big Beautiful Bill terminates subsidies for solar/wind projects that were not “served” by the end of 2027 Keeping electricity reliable, reducing costs and avoiding tens of billions of dollars in future budget costs is absolutely necessary. [emphasis, links added]
Sadly, in his recent Senate speech, his enthusiasm for retaining these subsidies (perhaps his passion for the bill), he tries to discredit many experts who support the experts who “served” by picking me –Trying to make me lie at a secret meeting with me, making me look ignorant, he and all participants vow not to discuss it publicly.
In his Senate speech, debating the Big Bill, Tillis painted my remarks at his meeting, saying that I support the termination of “service” and “don’t know what they might do to our grid”– I am a “unable to understand this power purchase agreement and the future of our grid.”
Anyone who believes Tillis's speech to the Senate will conclude that I advocate “service” without understanding its impact on the grid and various projects underway.

In fact, in that meeting (and two previous meetings) I explain with difficulty and irrefutably why the term “serving” is crucial: This is the only way the Congress and the government terminate the solar/wind subsidy that destroys the grid– and the use in the House bill and most recently the Senate bill (opposed by Tillis), which fully protect subsidies for complete and near-complete projects.
I can prove that my account is correct, and Tillis's account is very dishonest. Protect yourself Oppose meeting Senator Tillis or others will destroy their oaths to avoid public discussion I recorded my comments.
I hope all of Senator Tillis's colleagues read what I told him– First understand this issue and insist on “termination in service”, while also drawing conclusions they draw on colleagues' motivations and personalities, they will swear to keep it confidential to slander an energy expert and through association, many who agree with him.

Facts all senators need to know: “Service” is crucial to ending solar/wind subsidies that damage grids.
There is this document. It is called “the truth about the impact of the housing big beill on subsidy projects.”
90% of the politicians I have spoken to do not fully understand what the house does. I studied this very closely and the problem was clear. Basically, what does the big bill of the house do? Two requirements for obtaining subsidies.
You must be “Construction” before a specific date. The simple way is, you pay 5% of the project cost for solar panels, such as solar panels.
And you have to be “Used on 12/31/28”, This actually means you need to connect to the grid, operations, etc.
The reason for this is that the House members want to accomplish three things.
