EPA administrator Lee Zeldin said the action is part of a zero-tolerance policy for employees who are trying to undermine the agency’s policies.

Zeldin stressed that most EPA employees are committed to implementing Trump’s EPA agenda, and the letter represents the views of a few.

The EPA said officials will continue to take leave.

Zeldin's fierce action on Thursday sent a clear message to EPA staff that the government would not be under pressure from such open letters, and that it would pursue its agenda regardless of such objection.

The sprawling agency employs more than 15,000 officials nationwide, and it has historically been difficult for the Republican government to align its left-leaning employees.

The will of the American public in our agency will not be ignored. -EAPA Chief Lee Zeldin

“We have developed a zero-tolerance policy for agency bureaucracy, illegally undermining, undermining and undermining the agenda of the great people of the country for this government last November,” Selding said in a statement.

“The will of the American public will not be ignored in our institutions.”

“Unfortunately, a few employees signed a public letter using their formal job titles that wrote misinformation about the agency’s business, which was caused.” He added.

“Our zero tolerance policy is fully effective and will be implemented unconditionally and unconditionally.”

Officials sent the letter to Selding earlier this week outlining their objections to his actions and accused him of exposing environmental protection.

The letter lists five major issues with Trump’s EPA.

According to officials, the agency is undermining public trust, ignoring science, covering up environmental justice programs, demolishing R&D offices, and promoting a “culture of fear.”

“EPA employees are united with the federal government’s employees to oppose the policies of this administration,” he said. The letter said.
