PHOENIX — Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is experiencing delays after a ground stop earlier in the day due to a dust storm in the valley.

The FAA issued a ground stop order after a large dust storm formed in the valley on Sunday. Flights at the airport have resumed, but there are still delays due to weather conditions.
