Columbus is in for a wet and even stormy week, according to the forecast from the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
The rain had begun to fall Monday morning as Columbus residents began their work week. The looming threat of rain continues into Thursday, so maybe keep your umbrellas handy.
Unlike several days last week where temperatures dropped dramatically during the summer heat wave, temperatures this week will remain in the mid-80s.
