Meteorologist April Loveland's first warning forecast
The weather remains unsettled on Wednesday. It won't be that humid, though, with a 40% chance of scattered thunderstorms and a heat index that could feel close to 100 degrees.
The high is expected to be around 88 degrees, with the low dropping to around 70 degrees. If you have outdoor plans, stay hydrated and keep an eye on the sky.
Things will move forward on Thursday. We have an 80% chance of thunderstorms, with the potential for flooding in some areas. It will be a cooler day with highs in the mid 80s. Be sure to have rain gear and be careful on flooded roads.
The weather started to improve on Friday. We have a chance of some early showers, but conditions should clear up as the day goes on. Highs will be in the low 80s. Today is a good day to start planning some weekend activities.
The weekend is looking great! Both days are expected to be dry and mild. Temperatures will reach the mid-80s on Saturday and warm up slightly on Sunday, with no rain expected. Perfect weather for any outdoor activity or just relaxing outdoors.
The new week starts with partly cloudy weather. Highs will be in the low 80s. It’s a nice, peaceful start to the week.
Temperatures are starting to rise again, with highs in the mid-80s, and there's a 20 percent chance of showers.
