A 17-year-old girl was slapped and pushed from the terrace of a single-storey house by her neighbor over a property dispute in Rohini's Aman Vihar area, police said on Saturday.
A video purporting to be of the incident has circulated online, in which the man and the girl can be seen arguing.
In the video, the defendant slaps the girl and pushes her off an unwalled terrace, causing her to fall onto the road.

According to police, the incident took place at Karan Vihar in Kirari Suleman Nagar at 4 pm on Thursday.
When police arrived at the scene, they learned that the victim had been transferred to MGM Hospital. The team reached the hospital, obtained the victim's forensic certificate and recorded her statement.
Based on her statement, a case has been registered against the accused under Sections 115 (intentional causing hurt), 126(2) (wrongful restraint) and 351(3) (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused was identified as Munish alias Monu.
“Preliminary investigation revealed that there was a dispute over property issues,” a police officer said.
Multiple teams have been formed to arrest the accused, the official said. Further investigation is ongoing.
