release:
Saturday is a hot and humid day, but some afternoon or evening showers and storms will cool things down in many places. Even before the cool rain arrives, temperatures only rise into the 80s and 90s. Not bad for late July. Although the showers continued into the evening, they disappeared overnight. Meanwhile, skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy with lows in the low to mid 70s.
Sunday, storms will become scattered again, mostly in the afternoon and evening. Otherwise, partly cloudy skies will push temperatures into the upper 90s. Storm reports remain scattered Monday, then scattered Tuesday. As the calendar flips from July to August, the chances of daily rain may decrease. However, at least scattered showers and storms are still possible through next weekend.
