Showers and storms are ending this morning and skies are slowly clearing across the state. This will result in some mist before and around sunrise. Overall, it's a good start as we start to get dry with temperatures hovering around 70 degrees during the morning rush hour.
This afternoon is going to bring some heat as there will be more sunshine and by the evening we will have temperatures approaching 90 degrees. The threat for any storms looks low, mostly in the evening and overnight hours, with a concentration south and west of Indianapolis. We will monitor as needed!
Tomorrow (Wednesday) is expected to be the hottest day of the week, with highs in the 90s and dew points rising significantly, making it feel very tropical. More storms are expected to return Thursday through Saturday, making for an extremely uncomfortable day.
