Dudhsagar Falls is a place that anyone must visit as one will be able to witness one of the most majestic natural wonders. According to Local18, the waterfall is the intersection of Belagavi, Goa and Uttar Kannada regions. Not only the waterfall, but the surrounding scenery is also worth seeing.
No vehicles other than trains can reach the location. Thus, on one side of the British-era railway bridge, one can see a magnificent view of a white waterfall flowing like milk. Standing on the opposite side of the bridge, visitors can see the green forest covered with snow, which is simply heaven on earth.
Dudhsagar waterfall gets its name from its scenery which seems to give the image of flowing milk as Dudh means milk in Hindi. Local 18 said standing near the old railroad bridge and looking up at the waterfall felt like a river of milk flowing from the sky.
