AAJ KA PANCHANG, August 8, 2024: Drik Panchang said that Chaturthi Tithi and Panchami Tithi of Shukla Paksha are scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 8. Shukla Chaturthi is considered an unfavorable time to start important activities and falls under the Ashubh Muhurta time, while Shukla Panchami is considered a favorable time and falls under the Shubh Muhurta time. On this day, Vinayaka Chaturthi festival is expected to be celebrated.

The sun is expected to rise at 5:47 a.m. and set at 7:06 p.m. Meanwhile, moonrise is expected to occur at 8:59 a.m. and moonset at 9:21 p.m.
TITHI, NAKSHATRA and RASHI details on August 8
Chaturthi Tithi will continue till 12:36 am on August 9, when it will transition to Panchami Tithi. The auspicious Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra is expected to continue till 11:34 pm, after which another auspicious Hasta Nakshatra will take over. The Moon is expected to appear in Kanya Rashi, while the Sun is expected to appear in Karka Rashi.
