Four other doctors who were on duty on the night of the incident will undergo polygraph tests along with Sandeep Ghosh
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will conduct a polygraph test on Sandip Ghosh, former director of Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, where a 31-year-old PG trainee doctor was raped and murdered. Four other doctors who were on duty the night of the incident will be examined along with him. The investigating agency on Thursday obtained approval for polygraph tests from the special court.

It is important to note that the results of polygraph tests, while not admissible in court, are said to point investigators in the right direction.
Sandeep Ghosh's troubles mount
Besides, the controversial former principal of Kolkata RG Kar MCH Sandip Ghosh is also among them. Crosshairs of newly formed special investigative team Investigate him for possible financial corruption. The SIT contacted Ghosh on Wednesday following an internal investigation by the West Bengal health department regarding the allegations and complaints received against him. He may soon be questioned as investigators look into his “suspicious” financial dealings over the past three years.
Currently, two cases are pending against the former RG Kar principal – both registered by the Kolkata Police. One was filed by the state health department and the other was filed for allegedly leaking the identity of a rape-murder victim, a serious violation that heightened legal scrutiny.
