Fall-like temperatures are expected to persist across the Baltimore area, with the possibility of brief thunderstorms before clear skies return this week as summer winds down.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 77 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Skies will remain clear Wednesday night and low temperatures will drop into the lower 60s.

Temperatures will warm up slightly on Thursday, with highs near 80 degrees and mostly sunny skies. Thursday night will be partly cloudy and the lows will be a few degrees warmer as moisture is brought inland, with lows expected to be around 63 degrees.
It will be cloudy during the day on Friday, with a high temperature of about 81 degrees.
A cold front moves through the area Saturday afternoon and low pressure will move up the coast with cloudy skies and a high near 78 degrees. Thunderstorms will appear Saturday night will be cloudy, with a temperature around 54 degrees, and cold air mass surging behind the cold front.
Sunday and Monday will be sunny with temperatures in the mid-70s. Skies will remain clear overnight and low temperatures are expected to reach 53 and 56 degrees.
