Food Service Utensil Requirements – Use:
- Food service foam (cups, plates, bowls, to-go containers, etc.)
- Disposable plastic straws and/or stirrers (except plastic straws required for medical purposes)
- Mixed-material items such as paper bags with plastic windows and paper-lined aluminum foil sandwich wraps
Retail Bubble Ban – Sales:
- Foam food tableware (cups, plates, bowls, clamshells, etc.)
- Foam storage containers (freezers, coolers, etc.)
- Foam packaging materials (packaging peanuts)
Cutlery provided on demand (new from January 1, 2022)
- If you find that 3rd party food ordering platforms (Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc.) do not offer the option of cutlery, condiment packets, and other small disposable food accessories, please submit a tip.
- Submit a tip if a food service entity includes utensils, condiment packets, and other small disposable food accessories with your order without your request.
