3. There is a weak low pressure area south of Cabo that may produce winds in the low teens.
4. Our best hope is coastal valley heating and hot air in the low teens combined with #3.
5. But deadly clouds with strong winds from the subtropical jet stream are blowing towards us from the west-southwest. They will clear up later this afternoon, but we need them to clear up by noon to give them enough time to warm the valley. Monitor the cloud and your watch!
