California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) wrote to Congress Friday, asking for $40 billion in firefighting funds – signed $50 million in spending to work with Trump's immigration and other policies Two weeks after the struggle. [emphasis, links added]

    As Breitbart News reported:

“These two bills were passed at a special legislative session convened by Newsom after the election to prepare California to lead opposition to the second Trump administration.

“The news agency and the Democratic-controlled legislature have reached a deal to fund anti-Trump efforts, even if the Palisade Fire and Eaton Fire are still muffled in Los Angeles.”

A $25 million bill provides legal assistance to illegal foreigners; an additional $25 million is fighting other Trump policies in court.

President Joe Biden provided California with six months of funding before leaving the office.

However, it will take years to rebuild, and Newsom (which launched the attack on Trump) is begging for more.

Book to Congress leaders in a 14-page letter politicsNewsom promises:

“There is no doubt that Los Angeles will use this money wisely. California will ensure that the money will serve individuals, communities, property owners and businesses that have suffered these fatal fire losses.”

Newsom did not pay back the offer to the federal government – no change in forest management, no change in water management, no change in emergency services and no commitment to discarding $50 million of negative spending.

Ambassador Rick Grenell said last week Federal aid will have a “string”. politics The report said that the news was eager and unrestrained without additional strings.

The author personally advised President Trump that he appointed a “special master” to oversee federal aid in California in the form of the September 11 victim compensation fund.

    The president accepted the proposal.
