from Ceres
Ceres Team
The CERES team was invited to contribute not just one, but three presentations at the conference Physicians for Disaster Preparedness (DDP) 42nd Annual Meeting. This year it was held in El Paso, Texas and the theme was "Are we in a hybrid war against science and the West?”.
Each presentation covered a different aspect of recent scientific research at CERES. In this article, we will provide links to the slides and videos from all three presentations (provided by DDP). Additional presentation videos from this meeting (and many earlier meetings) can be found at DDP Conference YouTube Channel.
1. Dr. Willie Soon: “Scientific Challenges in Detection and Attribution of Global Warming”
Our first talk was by Dr. Willie Soon, in which he discussed our recent paper on the controversial topic of “detection and attribution of global warming”, investigating global temperature changes since the mid-19th century s reason:

2. Dr. Michael Connolly: “Testing Assumptions in Computer Climate Models Using Weather Balloon Data”
Our second presentation was by Dr. Michael Connolly, who reviewed some of the research we have conducted on atmospheric physics and chemistry using weather balloon radiosondes. He also previewed some of our upcoming work in this exciting frontier of atmospheric science.
This demonstration is very technical as it applies cutting edge ideas to old concepts from the fields of physics and meteorology. However, the work he describes is based on many years of empirical research on the topic and is based on analysis of millions of weather balloon soundings around the world:

3. Dr. Ronan Connolly: “How COVID-19 health policy ignores disease, patients and doctors”
Our third presentation was by Dr. Ronan Connolly, who reviewed our published and upcoming research on the COVID-19 pandemic.
As he discussed in his presentation, some of the information provided is inconsistent with the World Health Organization's (WHO) current position on various proposed treatments for COVID-19. The current position of the World Health Organization can be found on their website WHO.it website. However, all of the ideas he presents are based on scientific information currently available as of July 2024:
