Showers and thunderstorms kept temperatures below expectations Tuesday, but those storms produced strong gusty winds near the Brunswick area as they moved through central Missouri. These storms have dissipated and most of the overnight thunderstorms will now move across southern Missouri.
Wednesday's forecast
Morning temperatures will be in the mid-60s. Scattered fog is possible before mostly clear skies for the rest of the day. Highs are expected to be in the mid to lower 80s.
Looking to the future
Low humidity will be the theme this weekend as highs remain around 80°.
With temperatures still below average, we'll be keeping a close eye on a few upcoming showers over the weekend. Lows will be in the mid 60s and highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
