BMC says lake level in Mumbai reservoirs is 39.23%
According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the total water level in Mumbai's seven reservoirs that provide drinking water to the city currently stands at 39.23%.
According to the BMC, the collective lake level or water stock of Mumbai lakes currently stood at 56,777.9 million liters of water on Friday, accounting for 39.23 per cent. During the same period in 2023, the lake level was at 36%, while in 2022 it was close to 86%.
