Minneapolis — After a few days of respite, erratic, sudden-appearance storms will return over the weekend.
The best chance for storms is in northern Minnesota on Saturday, but storms could affect southern Minnesota on Sunday. The storm is expected to arrive in the afternoon and evening before dissipating overnight. The chance of severe weather remains low.
Humidity will return ahead of Saturday's storm, with dew points returning to the mid-60s. High temperatures will remain in the low 80s over the weekend.
Storms that pop up in the afternoon will continue into Tuesday.
