Thousands of Northwest Energy customers remained without power Friday morning.Outages included more than 2,400 in downtown Missoula, 1,800 in the Target Range, 1,200 in the South Mountain area and 1,100 north of downtown Missoula.Northwest Energy said on social media that 40,000 customers in the Missoula area were without power at one point.
