We have activated a Bureau of Meteorology warning for Wednesday afternoon into late Wednesday night for the possibility of more severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. Tonight, the southern half of the region (Kentucky, Tennessee and SEMO) is listed as a Level 3 “Enhanced” risk for severe storms. This may include the risk of damaging winds, hail and possible tornadoes. There will be widespread rainfall in the area this afternoon.
