Marin property assessed values grew slower than expected last fiscal year. Marin County Assessor-Recorder and County Clerk Shelly Scott said the county ended the 2023-24 fiscal year at the end of June with a growth rate of 4.27%, down from 6.34% in the previous fiscal year.
