The young man was excited to start a new job abroad, but he found himself in legal trouble after his Kyrgyzstan visa was discovered to be fraudulent.

On July 30, Dhananjay Kumar, a 26-year-old resident of Kanjanpur village in Golapganj, Bihar, experienced a dramatic transformation at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport. Excited to start a new job abroad, he got into legal trouble after his Kyrgyzstan visa was discovered to be fraudulent.

Dhananjay received a job offer in Kyrgyzstan and planned to reach his dream city via the UAE. With his ticket and visa in hand, he arrived at Delhi Airport and was accompanied by relatives to see him off.

After completing check-in at Terminal 3, Dhananjay went to the immigration counter for a routine check of his travel documents. It was here that officials discovered the forgery – Dhananje's Kyrgyzstan visa was determined to be fake. The discovery shocked him and led to his immediate detention by immigration officials.

After preliminary interrogation, Dhananjay was handed over to the custody of IGI Airport Police Station. The police have charged him under sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) and 61 of the Indian Penal Code and the Passport Act. During interrogation, Dhananjay revealed that he obtained the fake visa for Rs 2 lakh through an agent named Rehmat. He was introduced to Remat by a man named Munna Singh.

In response to the incident, a special team led by Inspector Sumit was formed to find and arrest Munna Singh and Rehmat. The accused agent, Rehmatullah Asari, was soon arrested by the Bihar police in Gopalganj. IGI Airport DCP Usha Rangnani is overseeing the ongoing investigation into the case.
